Slow Hours / About

About this notebook

Slow Hours is a place to think out loud about spending a day well — minimalism, daily routines, owning less, and holding attention in a world built to scatter it.

What gets posted here

Small experiments, mostly. A morning routine stripped down until it actually survives a bad night. What changes when you buy slowly instead of decluttering forever. How to do real work inside a mind that will not sit still. No life-hack listicles, no productivity theatre — just the version I've tried and can stand behind.

Why "Slow Hours"

A day is the unit that matters. Not the five-year plan, not the perfect system — the actual hours, spent on purpose or spent by accident. The little clay dot in the mark is one lit hour on the day's ribbon: the one you're in right now.
